很多年沒有來棲霞了，但遺憾的是，我在[棲霞尚客優]的住宿體驗讓我大失所望。以下是我遇到的問題：
1. 停車問題：棲霞-尚客優的位置應該屬於棲霞商圈地帶，周邊比較繁華。但是酒店門口屬於單行道，停車位十分緊張。轉了好幾圈才能找到停車位。
2. 房間問題：浴室十分的小，洗澡和上廁所什麼擁擠，毛巾、浴巾也不乾淨，明顯發黑，發硬。淋雨的水十分的小，感覺跟毛毛細雨一樣。
3. 設施陳舊：房間內的設施非常陳舊，屋裡的椅子跟古老，坐上去亂響，房間沒有礦泉水，飲用水需要到走廊裏自提，但是他們水桶什麼牌子都有（農夫、怡寶）很是簡陋，被子感覺不乾淨，最主要的是床墊，十分硬，彷彿就是彈簧上放了一塊板子。
4. 噪音問題：房間隔音效果極差，晚上可以清晰地聽到走廊和隔壁房間的噪音，嚴重影響了我的休息。

我對於這次住宿體驗感到非常失望，這些問題嚴重影響了我的體驗

酒店位置很好，交通方便，周圍就是超市，還有小吃街，夜市，很繁華，主要是價格合理，還有前台的小姐姐熱情周到，不僅可以短期居住，還可以月租長期住宿，很棒，服務很滿意！

酒店的工作人員非常熱情，房間也非常乾淨整潔。床鋪很舒適，衞生間也很乾凈。酒店的位置非常便利，周圍有很多餐廳和商店，交通也很方便。總之，我對這家酒店非常滿意，強烈推薦！

個人出差訂了這個小閣樓房間，雖然沒有窗户但是有個天窗，一樣可以採光，房間不暗。衞生間比較小，特別是裝修抬高了好多，一踩就有聲音，但是洗澡如廁都是沒問題的，要求不高的話，這個房間算是物美價廉。前台服務不錯，開發票可耐心仔細了。唯一沒中不足的是沒有電梯，但是前台幫我提了行李，一定要點贊服務👍👍👍
