23年夏天回家一次，住在方特，當時覺得性價比很高，沒想到過年回來再次住這裏，整體的感覺就不如之前 管理者需要用心了，如果不執行計劃衞生、制度管理，這家店的折舊期會變短，翻新期會提前，對於收益是沒有幫助的！ 衞生太需要加強了！！！對於住客房打掃也要調整策略，不要讓體驗感變差哦… 希望先期儲存的優勢繼續保持下去，做到地標酒店長存，立刻行動起來吧！！！

前台的辦理入住的小姐姐，一臉不高興😠，因為訂了兩晚，第二天出門前，和前台説換下垃圾袋和放一下紙和水，結果晚上回來啥也沒有弄，硬件條件很OK，就是服務上升空間很大，攜程價和酒店門市價一樣一樣的😃

兩點問題和建議： 1️⃣根本沒法自然醒，衹要同樓層有人退房對講機跟大喇叭一樣，查房的拿着對講機可哪走，直接給你吵醒，早上七八點鐘以後別想繼續睡了，建議對講機聲音調小點或者給查房的帶個耳機。 2️⃣衞生間的洗漱台旁邊建議放個垃圾桶，因為是乾濕分離的，洗漱用品外包裝之類的垃圾根本沒地方扔。

房間隔音非常差，房間內衣架什麼都沒有，熱水壺都是破舊無法使用的，在房間內連電梯聲音都聽得到。房間對面婚房結婚前台未告知，從晚上一直吵到天亮，電話發打給前台告知無法解決無法換房，態度非常惡劣。
