前台服務態度特別差 沒法想象一個四星級酒店前台居然這麼🐮B 不知道是不是老闆家親戚 這麼開下去不整頓早晚把人乾沒 都不如多跑二三十分鐘去肇州 松原住了 。要不是這個前台 酒店整體還能提升點素質 。住了這麼多地方 真是沒見過服務意識 服務態度這麼差的前台 特別是作為肇源酒店到臉面 真是丟人

每次來肇源必選酒店，從沒想過這樣一座小城，有這滿意的出行體驗，設施不輸任何星級酒店，床是躺上就不想起來的感覺😂😂😂

房間比較大，有些冷。衞生不錯，但是洗手間沒有排風，房間裏沒有冰箱。 沒有禁煙的樓層，很多人在樓道里和電梯裏抽煙。

不給開發票，讓我聯繫攜程，床墊已經塌了，我橫過來在腳底下位置睡了一宿，睡一宿很累，屋裡悶熱。開了窗户也沒什麼用。

23年夏天回家一次，住在方特，當時覺得性價比很高，沒想到過年回來再次住這裏，整體的感覺就不如之前
管理者需要用心了，如果不執行計劃衞生、制度管理，這家店的折舊期會變短，翻新期會提前，對於收益是沒有幫助的！
衞生太需要加強了！！！對於住客房打掃也要調整策略，不要讓體驗感變差哦…

前台的辦理入住的小姐姐，一臉不高興😠，因為訂了兩晚，第二天出門前，和前台説換下垃圾袋和放一下紙和水，結果晚上回來啥也沒有弄，硬件條件很OK，就是服務上升空間很大，攜程價和酒店門市價一樣一樣的😃
