Very nice place, very nice hotel, clean and easy to get in and out. Even the security guards in the parking lot are friendly and patient in answering questions. The reception at the front desk can basically meet the needs of first-time guests (where do you see people coming to buy apples? ) I am very grateful and very happy. 酒店位置挺好的，前台服務人員態度很好
但是作為排名昭通市前幾的酒店，衞生和設施實在是太令人失望了
酒店的地毯很臟，感覺很久沒有清洗過地毯了（如圖）
房間佈局極其不合理，進門就是床，空間浪費極大
昭通這種冬天很冷的城市，浴室居然是臨窗的，洗澡的時候剛進浴室巨冷無比
而且浴室設計有缺陷，每次洗完澡水都會漏到外面，酒店明知有這樣的設計缺陷卻不整改，安全隱患太大了
房間的空調噪音巨大！ 關了空調凍**，開着空調吵的睡不着（視頻感受一下）
房間隔音非常非常非常非常差，每天早上都會被打掃房間工作人員推車經過門口的聲音吵醒
拖鞋超級薄，這點錢都捨不得花
另外管理流程有問題，打電話要的東西一直不送，最後去前台要的，説是工作人員忘記送了。。。離譜

體驗非常好，從入住開始就感覺到酒店管理很用心，下了功夫的。
前台的小姐姐非常熱情友好，對合理的要求努力的滿足，不怕麻煩儘量幫忙安排相臨的房間，對我們的所有問題都是笑臉盈盈地盡心回答，第一印象就非常好。
