房間裏面有股黴味…住的樓上有種聲音總是反反覆覆響 打電話給前台前台説不知道，直到凌晨一點還在時不時的響，，而且千萬不要開車去 開車去就叫把鑰匙給前台 前台就把鑰匙給洗車的挪車 一天挪好幾次，把車刮花了 不承認 就説不知道 不是他們弄的就完事了，酒店給你免費洗車 就是拿起海綿洗車 車上的泥沙會把車漆弄花，強烈建議不要訂鳳霞別院這家，態度極其不好 ，在昭通住了那麼多家惠乾 就這家最差， 保證説的真實有效，沒住過的千萬不要去 ！

酒店性價比很高，前台小祖服務特別熱情，不是送果汁，就是送牛奶的，酒店還免費提供早餐 中餐，晚上不想出去還可以在酒店點餐，住在這裏就不用擔心找不到吃的，這裏的點餐是家常菜，價格優惠，份量還很足，最主要的是很乾凈，不錯不錯，以後有機會到昭通還會選擇他們家

很滿意的一次住宿，酒店不僅環境好，服務也非常好 ，因為我是出差到這裏的，有穿了一些臟衣服放在房間裏，因為早上一早我就出去辦事，穿臟了的衣服就放在房間的凳子上，等我中午回來發現臟衣服不見了，等我去衞生間發現衣服已經洗好了掛在衞生間裏的，上面還留了一個小紙條，幫我洗衣服的人叫小菊，真的太讓我感動了，話不多説，以後到昭通就來他們家的……

哇這環境真的是愛了 愛了，他們家的管理真的優秀，酒店不僅環境好，服務也是超讚的，我預訂的是一個精緻大床房，應為個人原因，酒店前台小祖免費幫我升級了一間花園大床房，打掃衞生的服務員小菊還很熱情的幫我把臟衣服洗乾淨了送來給我，真的感動到我了，第二天一早又給我把早餐送到房間，服務真的太了

非常棒的一次入住體驗，酒店性價比很高，環境非常好，衞生也很乾凈，有免費的早中餐，還可以免費洗衣服鞋子，酒店經理小祖很熱情，有家的感覺，酒店空間很大，可以喝茶談也方便接待自己的客户，尤其是我家小寶特別喜歡，我沒空理她時她可以一個人在這裏一玩就是好幾個小時，環境真的是太好了

酒店設計感不錯，服務也很好，前台、保安、保潔都很有禮貌，保安還主動幫沖洗了車。房間裝修也不錯，但衞生間簡陋了點，雖然很大但沒做分區。還有就是沒有電梯，住五樓如果提箱子上去很具體。房間空調也有點不給力，建議可以更換了。

朋友推薦過來的，他們家雖然不是什麼星級酒店，但是服務和酒店環境一點也不亞於那些星級酒店，真的，他們家的裝修是民宿風格的，房間價格也很實惠，酒店不僅提供早餐還連中餐也是免費的，我們是過來出差，衣服穿了一些，還想着要不要送去乾洗店洗，就在這時候保潔阿姨説不用拿出去，我可以幫裏洗，然後把我所有的臟衣服都收去洗了，不的不説他們家的服務做得是確實不錯，
