第一明明訂的是1米8的床，結果安排的是1米5的床。第二與圖片不符合，可以説完全安排的不是一個房間，給我們了一個比訂的房型便宜的房。第三，打電話給前台換房間了被説我們訂成民宿了，我返回訂單看確實是訂的酒店。第四，我們睡晚了起床晚商家敲門叫起床能理解，但是敲門敲得超級大聲而且急促，我心都震了一下，還聽到了刷卡要進來的聲音估計卡沒重刷沒進來成，我就想問問本來是跟男朋友一起住，你闖進來不尷尬嗎

到店的時候都一點了，前台跟我説沒房，要等客人退房才有，我的天，明明顯示最早一點前入住，而且訂房的時候顯示可以提前四小時入住和升級房型。就換成了大床房，前台説衹能換成名宿，酒店還得在加錢，那免費升級的意義是什麼。那個前台還悠哉悠哉的坐着聽音樂，根本沒有想解決問題的樣子
