The environment is very good, the equipment is very new, the hotel is quite new, it should have just opened. The front desk service is very good, breakfast is at the breakfast shop next door, and the children are also given breakfast coupons. In the peak tourist season, the beautiful Zhaosu is worth recommending!

I booked a suite, but the room had no air conditioning, a toothbrush was missing, there were moths in the room, the bathroom was of unknown brand, the water was sprayed everywhere, and the most outrageous thing was that the hair dryer could only blow for 20 seconds, speechless. The free breakfast was only from the fast food restaurant next door.

This hotel may only have room for decoration. Two very bad points. 1. It’s such a cold weather and there is no heating in the room. I don’t dare to take a shower at all. 2. I don’t know if the front desk, duty staff and management of the hotel have been trained. They even have to rely on invoicing. Online payment is 135. The front desk actually said that they received an order of 133 and can only issue 133. Which hotel has such a weird thing? It was the actual payment amount, and it was finally resolved after calling Ctrip customer service. The hotel manager also told Ctrip that I would come more often. I have never seen anything like this. Ctrip will issue invoices to the hotel every month based on the actual amount of the customer's order, and it even happened continuously. I don’t even have the minimum tax knowledge...

The hotel opened not long ago, the health and service are very average, and the location is in the middle of nowhere. I accidentally looked up and discovered that there is a socket high up on the toilet, the highest point on the TV in the bedroom, right opposite the bed, especially if the toilet is so high. No one would step on the toilet to use it, so what is it for? Unbelievable! Are there other agencies inside?
