酒店裝修老，設施一般般，那個花灑上的蓋子都沒有了，房間那兩個綠凳子用綠絨布包着，看着都不想坐，體驗感一般，位置倒是很好找，就在昭蘇縣城。附近超市，吃飯，水果都很方便。窗户一個有窗紗一個沒窗紗。

前台保安態度非常不好 既然開酒店了 幾點到是客人自己的事情吧 因為半夜敲門進酒店 態度惡劣 陰陽怪氣 對待客人就是這樣的態度嗎 還大聲吼 這就是酒店的服務態度嗎 還是住的人多 就可以對半夜來的客人態度要惡劣 這就是昭蘇酒店的服務態度嗎 酒店老闆最好是讓這種人不要待在酒店 保安根本不知道對待客人要用怎麼樣的態度 還説不讓住酒店 難道保安就能取消我們已經預訂好的房間嗎 還是老闆給的權利網上訂的酒店 因為保安的一句話不讓住就能不住了 簡直服務態度差極了 酒店衞生環境還算是昭蘇酒店裡麪算好的 現在看來服務態度這麼差 也就這麼一會事差評 差評差評 半夜要來住這個酒店的客人 避雷避雷避雷！！！

衞生間中間地面低於地漏處，洗浴與馬桶在一起沒有獨立分開，洗澡水無法排凈，馬桶前大面積積水，衹能蹚水解手、蹚水洗簌。不知這樣的酒店怎麼上了攜程的平台。

物品遺失無人負責，服務細節令人失望
在酒店入住時，早上退房匆忙忘了帶走充電器，下午發現後第一時間聯繫酒店説明情況，工作人員卻回覆“沒看到”“未撿到”。作為高頻使用的電子產品配件，充電器遺落在房間本是常見情況，酒店本應在退房後清理房間時仔細檢查並妥善保管客人遺留物品，這是基本服務職責之一。
但從聯繫到回覆，全程感受不到酒店的重視，既沒有主動幫忙排查是否遺落在角落，也沒有登記查詢的流程，簡單一句“沒看到”就打發了客人。雖然物品價值不算高，但這種對客人遺留物品的漠視態度，暴露了酒店在客房管理和服務意識上的明顯不足。這樣的服務細節，實在讓人難以對酒店產生信任，也不推薦注重服務品質的朋友選擇。

房間地板一邊平一邊是空的，裝修偷工減料了嗎不理解，其次第一次見沒有飲用水的酒店，一個床的床單破洞，另一個床的有黑印，衹能説是披着酒店名的賓館，賓館都有兩瓶水吧，辦個入住辦十幾分鍾…避雷吧…
