The staff are kind and professional, when we got there the room type we booked had been rented out so they put us up in an upgraded one for the first night. The hotel reviews I had seen made me nervous, but it was much better than I had been led to believe. Just keep in mind that there is no air conditioning and some nights the street can be a little noisy, so you might want to bring your own fan. All in all a good stay and a great value.

The hotel is relatively old. When you enter the room, it smells bad. It's not very clean.

酒店裝修老，設施一般般，那個花灑上的蓋子都沒有了，房間那兩個綠凳子用綠絨布包着，看着都不想坐，體驗感一般，位置倒是很好找，就在昭蘇縣城。附近超市，吃飯，水果都很方便。窗户一個有窗紗一個沒窗紗。

來昭蘇看天馬浴河住在昭蘇美食街旁邊的金域酒店，三床房寬敞舒適，去美食街方便極了，去濕地公園大概二十多公里，整體不錯！
