I came here to travel with my wife and drove to Zhaosu County. It’s a small town with quite a few hotels. Pegasus Hotel is conveniently located. The lady at the front desk is pretty and took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The facilities are good.

As soon as I entered the door, the sister enthusiastically helped me carry my luggage to the door with a cart. The room was spacious and bright. When I returned to the room at around 6 o'clock in the afternoon, I found that it had not been cleaned yet. I went out to ask the aunt when my room could be cleaned. The aunt said that it would be my turn soon. Then the interesting thing came. The aunt thought that I could not understand their language, and said in her own language that I had a bad attitude in front of me, saying that I was young but spoke loudly. I asked, what did I say to ask for the room to be cleaned? Did I break the law? She has no respect for guests at all! ! ! 2. I am here to consume, not to spend money and watch the faces of the employees. When I went to the front desk to pay the bill, the receptionist crossed his arms, looked disdainful, and had a very bad attitude. I felt like I was paying to be bullied. If you can't do this job, then go and herd cattle and sheep as soon as possible. No one wants to see your **. It's funny. I hope the hotel will keep their eyes open when recruiting and not let these bad apples ruin the reputation of their hotel. It’s not worth it!

The service is not good. During holidays, they said that the waiters hired temporary workers. They didn't care when things were left in the room. The efficiency is low. The store is big and bullies customers.

It suddenly lit up automatically in the middle of the night when I was sleeping. It lit up automatically frequently, and it also lit up suddenly when no one was walking. At first I thought it was the sheet that touched it. After I pulled up the quilt, it lit up automatically again. I couldn't sleep the whole night and was just scared. As a result, I couldn’t get up to eat breakfast the next day... 3. The environment is not like the promotional picture, half carpet and half tile, very ordinary.
