帶孩子來的，房間很新很乾凈，管家也是非常負責，有求必應，早飯直接送到房間裏，窗外的景超美，淡季來性價比拉滿，下次一定會再來的

生日家庭旅行遊伊犁9天住了木子陶3日2夜，真的非常感恩這酒店所有员工服務態度甚好，因酒店位置較为偏僻在玉湖景区內出入交通需時，他们亦安排出外買蛋糕及悉心佈置房間，为我们一家增添了不少生日驚喜，❤️非常窩心!
而酒店及木屋房外的景色彷如一幅幅美景圖畫：有山、玉湖、草原、杉樹、木屋、日間偶然也有小动物馬羊經過，讓我们完全可以躺在床上、坐在沙發或休閒地踏出露阳台嘆茶也能享受到大自然的景色，天氣好深夜也可看到星星，太舒服了！
再加上酒店免費戶外活動供給客人（騎馬、射箭），貼心活动！
整體來說性價比極之高的景区酒店，推介住兩晚享受酒店風景及戶外活動👍

設施：非常好 兩個卧室兩個衞生間 都帶陽台 一間主卧帶沙發
衞生：很乾凈 偶爾有小蜜蜂 不過不影響 浴巾浴袍都挺乾淨的 還有足足的紙巾 洗浴用品也都很好
環境：6月初來晚上還是很冷的 開往昭蘇的路超級無敵難走 一路顛簸 基本沒有平路 前台和住宿不在同一個平台 得爬坡 坡很陡 開大車有點兒費勁 不過管家很貼心 可以直接辦理入住 很方便
服務：服務非常好 管家提前聯繫確認車牌號和房間 反應及時 會發一些提示 前台服務很熱情 下雨天也有雨傘可以用 餐廳經理也很好 聽我們説司機當地人愛吃麪食 把員工餐分給我們 nice

酒店就在景區裏面，環境非常好，升級了房間正對玉湖，在房間裏拍照超級出片，管家服務非常到位，24小時及時響應，體驗很好！

房間非常好，床品和整個房間構造非常合理舒適，休息的非常好。
酒店還沒完全建造完成，走道附近有石頭堆，早餐廳不是很完善，我們9:30去吃東西都基本上是冷的。而且野奢度假酒店咖啡還要自己花錢買，一杯拿鐵44真的不是很合理。畢竟房費也不便宜了，一杯咖啡還是應該能給得起的吧。
但是總體來説非常好，如果建造再完善一些會更好。
