Wen Home Paradise homestay

We were traveling from Yining City to Xiata and found this guesthouse, conveniently located between Zhaosu and Xiata. Since the road from Zhaosu to Xiata was under construction and we'd pass by this place on the way, we decided to stay. The courtyard was spacious and clean, and we parked inside. The room was also very clean. The best part was the quietness and the modern interior. The owner even treated us to their specialties, baursak and milk tea, which was very touching. We ordered dinner for dinner, which was their traditional fare. The huldak was also very delicious, and we grilled it ourselves. Overall, it felt like a great value. Absolutely fantastic 👍👍👍👍👍. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance.

The owner should have known about the water outage but didn't inform us ahead of time. As a result, we had no hot water for showering and had to make do with boiling water. The next morning, the owner hadn't shown up either... This is truly unethical. They charged the same price but provided us with inadequate service. I'm sure the owner didn't intentionally shut down the water, but he should have apologized and compensated us instead of asking us to overcome difficulties.
