設施陳舊，房間一股黴味和糞便味，到處都是垃圾，衣櫃門壞的，衞生間不是乾濕分離，洗漱用品都是一次性的，早餐説是8點開始，結果等到9點半。而且不好吃。唯一讓孩子高興的就是早上有次小貓咪進來房間，開心地玩了一會兒。不建議住，連民宿都算不上，是之前的觀賽看台改的。

全家一致對這酒店不滿意，酒店在天馬文化園最裡麪，錯過了表演時間，附近沒啥玩。前台在房間旁邊，隔音太差，凌晨走廊特別吵，根本睡不好，酒店的餐廳應該叫食堂恰當一點，那服務員是叫都不理的。最難以接受還是那衞生間，像80年代的那種，水壓特低，根本沒辦法好好洗漱。價格高，服務不好，太失望。還沒有旁邊那個酒店配套好，人家更便宜，太后悔了

早上醒來拉開窗簾，發現馬兒就在窗前吃草，真的太驚喜了。房間很寬敞，服務也好，由於沒有自己開車，走時老闆還幫忙聯繫了車帶我回縣城。位置很好，就在看台下面，出門就可以看演出。喜歡馬兒的你還在等什麼，快來擼馬吧。

衞生條件優！服務也非常好，關鍵非常方便，門口就是大草原，房間裏就可以看馬術表演，而且這麼好的地方飯菜非常便宜，第一天我們一家五口人點了一桌子盡然還不到300塊錢，第二天吃拌麪比烏魯木齊還便宜！最重要的是風景太好了！直接看圖片，無濾鏡的！

民宿不太好找，在一個賽馬場裏面，而且民宿的名字大門口登記的時候也不是同名，在地暖全部關閉的情況下，房間一晚上跳着閘了2次，還是我們要求找個房間洗澡，洗澡的淋雨🚿水流非常小，沒什麼壓力，設施真的很一般。
正趕上古爾邦節，前台説衹有一個人忙不過來，第二天還發了微信表示抱歉，總體就還湊合

酒店導航找的時候指的是出口，問了交警順利找到大門口，説明入住酒店登記後才讓進。進來才發現原來住在天馬旅遊文化園景區裏面，看賽馬，馬術表演特別方便，酒店設施完善，陳設很有特色，服務不錯，就餐方便。

房間很大，也很乾凈衞生，有地暖。特別安靜（因為太偏僻）。適合自駕，又不喜歡太吵鬧的人士。前台和餐廳的服務工作人員都很主動熱情。住的當晚就在這吃的，菜味道不錯，早餐也不錯。晚上看了馬術表演，早上也看見好幾個騎手在訓馬。本月十六號有盛大的活動。

房間衞生很好，遇到了一點小問題前台小姐姐會很熱情馬上處理好，服務態度超棒，床鋪乾淨整潔睡着很舒服，價格實惠，含早而且早餐也很豐盛，酒店大廳可以閲覽，可以觀看各種精彩馬術表演，價格也很平民值得推薦，必須打五星[強]
