Very happy and satisfied, I came to Zhaoqing with my girlfriend for the weekend. When I checked in, the deer butler drove a shuttle bus to pick me up, helped me carry my luggage, and introduced the facilities in the room. I sent messages to coordinate various matters and they were replied immediately and solved immediately. At night, we had a barbecue in the yard and provided camping lights to help illuminate it. It was very considerate to send small cookies before going to bed. There were also service staff who cleaned the pool and helped to drain the water. The emotional value of various details was provided very well. Hahahaha. When I left the hotel, I was given rice grown by the hotel, and helped to carry the luggage back to the parking lot by shuttle bus. The deer butler and Meiqi were great, and the other staff were great! I will come again with my friends!

An average hotel with great service. The employees were very friendly but the facilities are lacking. I booked a guestroom because it featured a ceiling window. However, the one feature I was looking forward to was disappointing because the exterior had not been cleaned and was dirty. It was slightly disgusting to even look at. You could also see the wear and tear on the window frame as paint was coming off and even rusted in certain spots. The other aspects of the room however were acceptable and clean. In terms of view, even though I had a lake-view, there wasn’t much to see. But this is simply due to the location of the hotel, and is an inherent weakness. I think this hotel is making an effort to become a great hotel and it is getting there. It just needs to focus on some of the small details.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel staff, Lika is friendly and her attentive service made all the difference. The hotel room is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with stunning views. The buffet breakfast is fantastic. A wide variety of options to start the day right. Our stay is absolutely fantastic.

Booked two rooms. Apparently our two single-beds room is bigger and came with a refrigerator. Our queen bed room’s washroom is way smaller and did not have a refrigerator. But overall experience is good.

This time I came to Zhaoqing mainly to run a marathon, so I chose a hotel near the marathon. After reading many reviews, the hotel was well designed and the room size was suitable, so I quickly decided to book it for two nights. The kids were on vacation those two days, so the whole family came over. The room was well cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. Recommended.

Our first night in China after a long journey from OZ. Arrived late in the evening and was warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff who coped well with an English speaker. Room was excellent, comfortable beds, spacious, with a large and beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed a delicious yumcha lunch in the revolving restaurant. It is located in the central area of Zhaoqing and it was an easy walk to the lake. Highly recommended

First impressions are very important and can determine a guest's experience. The friendly and helpful front desk personel (Echo Huang & Mr Wong) were attentive and ethusiatically answered our various queries. As we found out later, even the housekeeping staff were warm and friendly, accomodating our requests. The service attitude immediately made a very good start to our stay. Room was comfortable and luxurious as befitting a 5+ star hotel. Sound proofing was top notch. The room we stayed in has a balcony and outdoor onsen which gave an excellent view of the tranquil lake beyond. A fine mesh prevents any bugs from entering even the balcony. The view is akin to having the landscapes depicted in chinese paintings come to life! Will definitely stay here again.

The second time I came here with my girlfriend, we upgraded to a better king-size bed room. The first feeling was that it had the atmosphere of Jiangnan water town. The shampoo and shower gel were super easy to use and smelled great! The room is well equipped, even with disposable brushes for cleaning the bathtub and bath salts! Another super surprise is the breakfast on the 3rd floor! Besides being delicious and healthy, the uncles and aunties who cook the dishes are all super nice. It makes me feel like home! Highly recommend to friends who are going to worship the Dragon Mother or come to Zhaoqing for vacation next time! I wish you a prosperous business!
