It would be even better if there are seats or lounge chairs in balcony for guests to enjoy the beautiful view. Hope the restaurant able to execute the reminder to all guests of NO SLIPPERS IN RESTAURANT, as unfortunately there are quite a few guests came to breakfast with hotel slippers during my 2 times breakfast at the Cafe. This is needed for an international hotel to achieve how to handle these kind of issues...

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the Star Lake. The room is very large, and you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Star Lake while sitting in front of the window. There is also a musical fountain at night. The bathroom is super large, and the bathtub and shower are very comfortable. The service is also very professional.

Hidden gem in Zhaoqing! A big shout out, and thanks to Emma, who upgraded us as it was my husband's birthday and the service provided was just up to the mark. She got the room decorated and also sent a small cake, how nice of her 😍 Loved the ambience, surrounding, services provided at the hotel. They had so nice water park, indoor pool, go karting. Also, there's boating, cycling, and jogging track in the surroundings. A perfect resort for family. I will surely come again with family and friends.

It is very good to be able to book such a high cost-effective hotel on 51 Holidays. Although the hotel is not by the lake, it has many advantages: 1. It has its own parking lot (not piled up on the roadside); 2. The room window faces the mountain, and it is equipped with 4 bottles of water and tea. It is very comfortable to sit and drink tea on the windowsill; 3. The room is clean and tidy, with a bathtub, and the quality of the toiletries is also very good. The key point is that it is equipped with a disposable bathtub film and toilet cover, which is excellent! ! ! 4. The attitude of all the staff is very good and enthusiastic. Of course, there are some minor shortcomings. 1. The bed backrest is made of wood, which does not feel safe; 2. There is no makeup mirror and full-length mirror, but the flaws do not outweigh the merits. It is highly recommended! !

The breakfast is very rich, and the protein fish balls are especially delicious. It was my first time staying at Zhaoqing Jinsheng Hotel, and I felt good. The breakfast staples are made of co**** grains and fine grains, and there are many types of steamed, fried, and pan-fried foods to choose from for people with different tastes; there are also vegetables and French fries, soy milk, juice, preserved egg porridge and rice porridge. The room and bed are large and comfortable, and the hygiene is also very good. In general, I think the price-performance ratio is very high.

I will cerrainly return. The staff were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond their duty to help me when I left my purse with passport in a taxi and had no idea what to do to get it back. They checked cameras, contacted police and ultimately returned my things. Forever grateful.
