😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡説真的，當初訂這個酒店就圖看起來新一點乾淨一點，但是，這個酒店的設施和服務都很差！！！先不説很偏遠，周邊什麼都沒有，設施：酒店租的停車場停車位周邊停滿摩託車，還有房東放的各種花花草草！！千萬要注意房東放的各種花花草草，這些花草故意放在停車位劃線內，就為了碰瓷，千萬不要碰到他們的花花草草，本大冤種已經因為碰到一個花盆賠了100塊錢。另外酒店對保障客户利益的意識非常薄弱，全程冷淡處理住客和房東之間的矛盾，完全不敢對房東在停車線內放置花草提出任何意見，並且，對這些不合理的安排也不負哪怕0.1%的責任，衹冷淡處理，讓住客和房東溝通，最後讓住客買單。本人在碰到花盆以後已經溝通過可以重新買，可以賠付，但是房東野蠻堵車，拖延時間，逃避溝通，惡意加價，還意圖先收錢再談挪車，最後要搞到報警收場！！！衹能説這個酒店鹽酸對不起這個價格，避雷吧！大把坑等着你們！！！！

衹是經過肇慶進來休息，到店晚上11點多所以隨便訂了個房型，本以為大床房衹是小點反正睡一覺沒大礙，誰知道全是靠路邊的，而且房間設施居然舊成這樣……毛巾都是很潮的，真是後悔。

酒店挺好找的滴滴從汽車站印象滙那邊過來也就4 5km.就是在城市的邊邊上，離景區稍微有些距離，但是過來考試的離職校那些都挺近的，附近有便利店，也有一個小型的中心在附近1km處，環境還是挺好的設施也特別新！

差，差，差，第一，辦理入住時前台沒有給回身份證，後來去拿，説接待我的員工下班了，前台沒有身份證，讓我回房間找清楚，我回去還是沒找到，於是電話回去説查監控，説他們沒有權利，衹有店長才有權利，説要等第二天才可以查，於是我發火了，本來你們就沒做好，沒還給我，等了幾分鐘後前台來電説找到了，無語。
第二，第二天電話前台延期到2點退房，説不行，一定要12點前，我説其他酒店都可以的，問我如果在攜程定的給好評可以免費為我延期到2點，其他酒店可以延期，就你這裏不可以，還要我用好評來等價交換或者威脅我，超級無語，這本來就是我付費應該享有的待遇，搞得像是在施捨我，特別搞笑
體驗感特別差，無語。
