大堂裝修風格好，設施齊全，房子通風好，有公共的停車位，24小時淋浴，位置明顯好找，離公交站近，wifi網速快
服務態度可以，房間乾淨，衞生間沖水龍頭很大，洗澡很舒服 設施設備很好-空調製冷效果明顯，無線網好用，服務員很專業，服務熱情，入住辦理快，沒有收按金，衞生情況良好。房間乾淨，布草乾淨，大堂明亮，出行方便，打車方便，餐飲店很多，價格實惠 。

體驗感很差，第一次進房就發現外面能看見廁所，據説是少了個鏡子，然後給我換了一間房。然後環境衞生比較糟糕，桌子都有一些印，廁所還踩死了一衹小蟑螂。這邊隔音很差，外面車流聲音很大。那個空調會滴水，主要還對着床頭，靠着坐睡覺都會被滴到。要看電視的時候發現遙控器還少了個電池，又要拆了空調遙控器的電池換過去，結果電視也壞屏。
在裏面停車還被限行，晚上七點多出門就是感應不了出不去，走近看發現貼了物業通知説只有時間段內才可以進出，後面客服還説可以的！第二天退房在規定時間內一下就成功。整體都不滿意就説給我換房退房的，大晚上我還要為了這個臨時跑出去找別的嗎？

隔音太差了，不管樓上還是路邊車輛噪音很大 完全沒辦法睡個好覺，房間味道大 一進去就有股黴味，聯繫前台也不理很無語😓 房間裏面用的是熱水器 洗澡洗一半就沒熱水了，真的太差了 好歹也是一百多的房住得很煩

肇慶很好玩，遊玩定這家酒店的，充滿了失望。房間寫這是提供免費停車的，晚上去到説停車場停滿了要自己去路邊找停車位，還説不會超牌，所以我不懂免費停車的意見在哪裡？再説假如超牌了是不是你們店家負責，前台還説車位滿了不可能等着留着車位給你，我第一次聽實屬震驚，房間衞生一般，水龍頭都是水漬，拖鞋也很臟黑色的，不敢穿，房間靠近路邊，車聲很響亮，千萬不要選這家入住，好評感覺都是刷出來的
