特別好夜景和衞生都特別好，還有阿姨幫忙洗衣服和烘乾衣服。住了兩次了

地理位置一流，就在繁華的敏捷城。房間很大，景色也不錯在房間就看到遠處的七星岩景區。
設施就一般，沒有冰櫃，不能儲存冷飲。

入住第二天晚上回房間發衛生間內有一個藍色桶子，已經覺得奇怪，以為清潔姐姐遺留了桶子，沒有理會。到第三朝起身原來廁所，洗手盆，沖涼间全部都沒有水供應。 跟住問瑞舍的客服才嬉皮笑臉地告知 沒有水供應，說會打一桶水給我們 。感覺很震驚， 入住一間公寓竟然可以沒有水供應。
我和太太的習慣是每早起床就要沖涼，洗頭，才展開新的一天。 最令人憤怒 的是瑞舍的客服還嬉皮笑臉。
及後發現升降機內有一張告示在12月9號已經张貼出来，説明這幾天會停水供應。 原來瑞舍公寓一早已經知道，但隱瞞事件不告訴客人。而且入住後亦不會告知你一聲， 明天沒有水供應。
這樣的公寓永遠不會再住， 劣評劣評！！！

還可以，挺舒服的，也很乾凈，管家的服務態度也很好，每天都有阿姨打掃，東西也很齊全，隔音也還可以，就是電視不能手機投屏，還想看綜藝來着

很喜歡的一家民宿～房內的佈置和落地窗的風景真的一流～還有窗邊的大大浴缸，可以一邊泡澡一邊看風景～真的很棒！！還有最美日出！！裝b拍照一流～
房主的交通指導很清楚，通過定位很快找到停車場入口，還提前留了車牌號碼可以免費停車～這個服務挺好！！
民宿所在的敏捷城是附近挺繁華的區域，吃喝玩樂應有盡有～離我們要去的七星巖景區也很近～
唯一不好的是，因為民宿在頂層，房間真的好熱！！開了空調16℃+風扇，都還是覺得好熱～本來1米8的大床挺舒服的，但是熱得人睡不好😥建議房主換個大匹數的空調～不然真的很影響住宿體驗喔～秋冬來的話就沒關係～看大家自己的選擇吧
