I am extremely dissatisfied with this room. It was so cold, the windows in the room were broken and could not be closed at all. The bathtub was full of broken debris and was very unclean. I checked in very late, and the prices on the platform were very different.

It was very strange. I took a shower in the bathtub, and the toilet was full of water after washing. I almost fell. The sound insulation was very poor. It was close to the elevator entrance, and I could hear other people talking clearly. I didn't sleep all night. The chairs and walls in the room were moldy.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in Vienna. The bathroom has no glass door. The sign on the left side of the elevator entrance is too low, 30cm high. How can you see it when it's so low? Normal signboards are 150cm high at the elevator exit. The design of the hotel is different!
