第一次來肇慶玩 隨機選中的這家公寓沒想到性價比這麼高！房東人很熱情也很負責，我們找不到地方一直耐心跟我們溝通，公寓內環境也蠻乾淨的，這次體驗真不錯！

位置挺好找的，停車也方便，就在地下車庫，房間很整潔，浴巾是一次性的，這個非常好，密碼入住網上登記非常方便，複式兩房性價比非常高。衹是這個床單被套感覺好像不是一客一換

從廣州過來玩兩天，**定的這裏，和圖片相差很大，濾鏡太重。總是無故斷電，一天斷五六次。早上洗澡吹頭髮連續斷電4次！手機連着WIFI放外面也是一樣的情況，衞生環境差，地板。沙發牆面，污垢多。沐浴露的瓶子厚厚的灰塵。體驗感不好。

非常糟糕的一次住宿體驗，房間是密碼鎖，第一次住宿被別人開了門，當時脱褲子躺沙發上準備睡覺，有個男的開門就來非常恐怖，瞬間驚醒，然後去跟客服説了之後改了個密碼後面又跟他説了幾句話也不搭理我了，直到我去試了一下里麪反鎖能不能開門，試出來了給我改的密碼也是錯的，後面又重新改了一次密碼，然後試了一下門裡麪反鎖外面開門照樣能開，導致我一晚上無論是洗澡還是上廁所還是睡覺都擔驚受怕的。
然後就是衞生方面，挺差勁的，鞋子很臟，而且有一股子劣質鞋子穿久了的臭味，味道很大。然後洗澡的時候發現花灑呀還有熱水器跟花灑的一些管子很臟，管子上有些白白的東西都不敢下手去摸。
當時也是因為沒住過複式，就訂了，沒想到就碰到了這麼大的事情，而且問題也並沒有得到妥善的解決。

感覺還不錯，投影儀很好用，在市中心生活設施齊全，還算安靜。但是略有隔音不好的時候，另外，地板衞生一般般。
