賓館位置很好，主要剛裝修不久很新，條件也很舒服，而在酒店一樓還有一家便利店買東西也方便，沒有挑剔的理由，無論是前台的接待品質、房間硬件和舒適度、早餐質量，房間的面積很大也很乾凈，周圍步行距離全是好吃的餐廳 ，每次過來肇慶出差都首選這裏，滿意滿意滿意666

總體來説，住的還算舒服。出門交通也便利，靠近敏捷廣場附近，走路十分鐘就能到達。房間佈置精簡，美中不足是二樓房間沒有電視機，看劇得呆在樓下客廳看。衞生條件還不錯，總體上算乾淨。

很好的民宿，寬敞，有兩個房間，清潔，附近食肆臨立，有超多選擇，兼有大型超級市場，購買逛街都非常方便，距離景點也不遠，是一間不錯的民宿！

房間比較乾淨，熱水各方面都很充分，房型是最最滿意的地方，兩房一廳分開非常適合一家三口或四口居住！性價比高！除了有個房間床頭沒插頭外，沒什麼缺點。停車要收費，但價格不高。
總體非常推薦。

還可以吧，五一出遊住着還不錯，樓下停車場一天十幾塊的停車費倒也不貴，周邊生活設施還是比較方便，就是人氣不太旺。
