住了好多次，這是唯一一次不滿意的，三樓，在廚房樓上，早晨5點多，窗外的排油煙口有一塊鐵片，一直在晃動，響得跟拖拉機似的，退房跟前台反應問題，她告訴我下次不要在攜程訂，最好直接到酒店前台訂房，她們好安排，我？這是主要問題？主要問題不應該是處理那個排氣口嗎？

-每個房間只提供一張房卡，不方便！
-訂了三間房，三間房只有一間有雪櫃，問前台點解，一時話房間價錢唔一樣，一時話唔係每間房都有雪櫃！
-房間地氈及廁所有好多頭髮，執房無清理！
-食早餐時餐廳員工對老人家無禮貌，也沒有協助老人家取食物！
-前台員工有禮貌
-女保安員有禮貌，主動協助取行李！
-位置好，旁邊有大商場

。替人訂的，以前自己也住過很多次，位置很中心周圍吃喝都方便，但是硬件損耗很快，雖然酒店還是認真經營，到酒店的專業管理能力不夠，後來自己就很少住了。

早餐特別豐富，蛋白質類的魚丸子特別好吃；主第一次旅居肇慶金盛大酒店，感覺不錯。早餐主食有雜糧和細糧製作，蒸、炸、煎種類多，可供不同口味人選擇；還有蔬菜和薯條，豆漿，果汁，皮蛋粥和米粥。房間和床都很大且舒服，衞生也很好。總的來説，我覺得性價比很高。
