This is the second time I've stayed at this City Convenience Hotel. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The indoor space is large, the bed is big and soft, and it's very quiet to sleep at night. The auntie comes back every day to clean and mop the floor, and the place is very clean. Next time I come to Zhaoqing, I will definitely choose City Convenience Hotel!

We booked a room but didn't arrive until 3am. The front desk said that since we checked in so late, we could check out before 3pm. However, when we came back from lunch at noon and planned to take a rest before checking out, we couldn't get in. We went to the front desk to ask, and the front desk said to ask the aunt to open it. We waited for 20 minutes, but found that no one came to open the door. Damn, it was hot, tiring and stuffy... I wanted to give a good review last night, but now I think that checking out before 3pm is also a lie. Don't tell guests that if you can't do it. I didn't owe them these 3 hours, but I just felt cheated. We should have driven ourselves and taken all the luggage to the car when we went out in the morning, otherwise I don't know how long I would have to wait for someone to open the door for me to get my things back.
