酒店位置很好，乾淨又衞生。就是隔音不是特別完美，有時候很晚或者一大早可以聽到走廊有人大聲説話小孩子的吵鬧聲，但總體還是很不錯的，停車也特別方便。

給一分我都覺得多餘。房間內有蚊子。連蚊香液都不給配，沒有小孩拖鞋。早餐廚師連工作服都不穿。真的是太差了。巨難吃。我真的是體驗最差的一次了。相當不推薦

家庭出遊，免費給我們升級了陽台房
但是陽台椅子桌子真的很臟，自己擦了好久
房間200多很值
但是我們去的時候，剛好遇上酒店一樓裝修
午休13-18點
早上8點就開始一直鑽牆，打地
完全沒辦法休息，這個不能接受
第一晚到達時工作人員態度很好
後面的都是不冷不淡，不想理你的感覺
早餐可以品種再多點

🧹衞生：難忍的廁所異味，一整個房間充斥巨大的味道。而且味道大到沒進房在走廊就能聞到。晚上被薰醒了，真是可怕。
不錯的地方是免費停車，空調有制熱，早餐也可以。

攜程推薦的酒店，住慣了維也納第一次嘗試這種酒店，在火車站附近比較方便，下了火車累的不行也沒時間慢慢挑了。酒店規模中等，大堂乾淨，沙發真的很大。服務員很細心，看我們在沙發上坐得比較久有給水給我們，工作很到位。辦理入住很嚴格，還好電子身份證可以用，性價比高，攜程上訂才兩百多很便宜，房間質量出乎我的意料，素質真的不錯，免費給我們升級了房間，夜班美女真的值得表揚，非常不錯的住宿體驗，早餐一個人三十，種類挺豐富，整體還是很不錯的，希望有個健身房，可能會好點，休閑區比較大，書本可以增加一點

親子出遊，所以定了個家庭套房，住了兩個晚上。600多一晚，住了兩晚都沒有包早餐。環境設施真的很一般般，在大路邊比較吵。房間裏的桌子很少，麻將區域是空的，有麻將燈但沒有麻將台。衣櫃也沒有，冰箱也沒有。最後訂單裏有寫會送肇慶咖啡，結果沒有送，差評。

不愧是碧桂園旗下的酒店，雖然不像另一家鳳凰酒店這麼大，但還是很有亮點，停車場免費，車位也多，安保大叔倒車指揮看我一直沒倒進去詢問我需不需要幫忙哈哈哈哈，前台服務很好，很專業。最有趣的是居然有攜程專門的通道，地毯非常高級捨不得踩。辦理入住速度超快，值得表揚，看我的房價太高還特意贈送了水果給我，果然一分錢一分貨。房間面積很大，硬件設施基本齊全。早餐是套餐式，減少了疫情接觸，這點非常細心，好評。

進酒店的防疫很嚴格，出示雙碼之後還要有核酸檢測！保安大叔幫忙開門，表揚！前台服務態度好，無接觸辦理入住快。房間很大很寬敞，床上用品很舒服，是那種嶄新的味道，空調熱水很給力。行李太多，短頭髮的客房阿姨主動幫忙開門，真的很細節！早餐推薦豆漿和餃子，美味暖胃，很好吃。距離七星巖很近，景區的風景也很好看！！酒店整體性價比很高！
