服務方面：前台小姐姐，服務質量都很一般，沒有星級酒店該有的樣子，建議老闆做幾場禮儀培訓課。其次當天入住酒店前觀察了酒店停車情況，入住率較低，所有辦理入住時告知麻煩給予一個樓層高一點的房間，卻安排了一間最角落最矮的房間。
設施方面：作為一家酒店，存在設施老化的問題很正常，陽台的推拉門不流暢，開關費勁兒。
衞生方面：客房的枕頭，被子上都是污垢，陽台上也有一支未處理的煙頭。

新年期間入住酒店，雖然房間設施略顯陳舊，但是日常保養還是可以的。停車，餐飲設施配套完善。停車場內有多個充電樁，更添加分！江景房一覽西江端州夜色，甚為醉人！

房間設施還可以，但是比較老舊，但這個價錢還是比較有性價比的。這次我一家四口出行，訂了兩間房，安排了連通房，這一個我特別的滿意。有機會還會訂這裏

酒店有點舊，設施有點舊，晚上睡覺環境安靜，隔音還可以，衞生還可以，但江景非常漂亮！早上在酒店餐廳喝早茶，出品可以的，總體來説不錯！
