酒店在鼎湖山裡，避暑山莊旁邊，從鼎湖山門口走路到酒店約15分鐘，坐電瓶車1個站。
房間正對園景，初冬中午陽光燦爛，在房裡觀景，甚是愜意。酒店有個小院不大但幽靜。
早餐簡單管飽，住客可付費另點。
晚上如到山下吃飯，可約酒店電瓶車接送。

第二次入住，總體比第一次明顯改進了。晚上電瓶車提早到預約地方等候。提早開好房間的燈，進房間感覺很温馨很舒服，早餐也很好，肇慶粽，粥，乾淨味道好，退房後電瓶車已經在等候，很贊，很用心

環境幽靜，空氣清新，遠離城市喧囂，適合度假！服務態度很好，上下山提前預約有電瓶車接送！餐廳味道也不錯！美中不足是房間設備較簡陋，招待所水平！但還是選擇續租二天！下次還會再來！

酒店位置很好，在景區裏面的遊覽車起點站附近，坐車方便，不用自己從遊客中心開始步行上下，節省了不少體力，特別是遊玩一天後，坐酒店接駁車出去和自己走下去還是不一樣的，這一點讓我能原諒它的其他短板。除1號樓設施較舊，其他樓棟還好，房間敞亮，可見山景。只是用水方面，酒店用的山泉水，會微微發黃，尤其是燒熱水鍋爐的時候，熱水黃的厲害。入住當晚就是因為熱水問題無法洗漱，好在酒店和攜程方面都積極幫我想辦法解決問題。特別是攜程客服小哥，急客人之所急，積極協調，最後圓滿解決了。不過這種問題可能也只是偶發事件，酒店整體還是很適合親子家庭入住的，特別是一些大的房型。
