服務非常好，每個工作人員都很友好。旅館雖然在山上，但有電瓶車接送，六點後就不用再買票進去了。很喜歡這裏的設計，有花園有魚池，滿目蒼翠，簡約又雅緻，很知識分子的風格。雖然設施和裝修都有點舊了，但很乾凈很舒服，住起來非常愜意。

環境：鼎湖山中的酒店，比避暑山莊地勢再高一點，離電瓶車站比較近。院士基地，適合多住幾日療養。房間特別安排了長長的晾衣架。
服務：前台幫忙升級到了無敵園景房，房間有兩面都是通透的大玻璃！ 房間裏提供泡茶壺。贈送了桂圓和蘇打餅乾。 酒店附屬餐廳供應早餐套餐和單點。午餐可以點菜，除了魚，其他無需預約。晚餐可以選點餐5點前送到房間或者坐電瓶車去景區外吃飯。酒店的電瓶車是大眼萌藍款，和景區的車區別明顯，司機師傅非常友善。
衞生：床品和布草都很新也很乾凈。
適合消夏，喝茶看書發呆，吸吸氧。聽聽鳥鳴，賞賞山景。

設施服務配套不錯，就是衞生間小了點，彎腰洗頭有點窄，裝修稍微舊了，環境休閑，晚上有蛙鳴，睡眠怕吵的不建議，總體很好，個人覺得不錯。

兩年前已關注硯都酒店終於入住了。安靜舒適滿滿負離子另人神清氣爽。前台服務員有求必應，接送的師傅和藹可親。早餐的小米粥太好吃了。心目中的世外桃源會再來會再來。
