非常舊的酒店，有一種破敗零落感，房間看着是挺好，但是很多設施但是壞的，叮鈴哐啷，比如廁所門，馬桶蓋，浴室會積水，洗完澡門口一堆水，搞得我猛猛的摔了一跤，電視也打不開，杯子有點臟都不敢用，毛巾泛黃應該洗了好多次了，反正為了考試住一晚上，也就那樣了

前台叫我黑差評今天2021年8.3凌晨值班的那個！沒有見過這麼不負責任的服務員，還給我臉色。是我炒到你睡覺了🙏🏻我衹是單純的訂一個房間，對不起。這個服務員才是上帝，我們客人錯了。真的是第一次遇到這種人，做個北苑的服務員真的了不起啊！

距離中等職業學校很近，所以臨時在附近考試的話，通行特別方便，步行即可。距離肇慶站也非常近。但是整棟大樓非常老舊了，房間設施很多壞的（比如房門、插卡處），桌面衞生打掃也不太乾淨。而且附近有火車，噪音也大。所以對住處要求高的，肯定不合適。
