這件維也納酒店相對其他的維也納來説，最讓我失望。1、位置有點偏，吃飯購物不方便。2、服務員粗心，説好的升級房間，結果還是安排原標準的房間。3、借用雨傘交按金，在其他維也納酒店是不需要交按金的。4、花灑水量小水流細。5、毛巾不夠乾爽。6、沐浴露和洗髮水是維也納比較差的系列。7、免費提供的兩瓶水是本地產的，之前住過的兩家維也納酒店的飲用水是農夫礦泉水。

經常住維也納、從來沒評論過、這次有點失望、房間的排風扇一直響很吵、半夜我把卡拔了想着斷電就不響了、結果斷電還是響、一晚上沒睡好、想着燒點熱水喝結果發現水壺都是水垢、早上去吃早餐兩個人的餐卷、孩子想睡個懶覺讓我帶兩個包子就不去吃了、餐廳的阿姨一直説不能打包、我自己的肯定不打包、我是用另一張餐卷拿兩個包子咋了、不行不行、有的酒店還直接把早餐送房間呢

入住維也納酒店，整體感受非常棒！首先，房間的清潔程度讓我印象深刻，每一個角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，床單被套潔白無瑕，一塵不染，住着特別安心。酒店的衞生標準很高，從公共區域到客房，都能感受到專業和用心。
服務更是沒得説，前台辦理入住和退房都很高效，工作人員態度熱情，耐心解答我的問題。入住期間，有任何需求，衹要一個電話，工作人員就會及時響應，讓人感覺很貼心。
