衞生：看上去還行的，但是第二天睡醒（一人一張床的）兩個人直接全都起疹子，又癢又痛，房間衞生狀況堪憂，感覺四件套是上一間沒換過的。

在民居小區中，有賓至如歸的感覺。高層風景好，附近飲食交通購物方便。房間裏配置齊全，有瓶裝水一次性紙杯。裝修雅觀合理，環境安靜。不足的是沒有晾衣服架扣地方，樓層公共通道不通風，玻璃杯不刷洗消毒。其他都很好。

類似民宿吧，在小區裏面，隔音一般般能聽見隔壁切菜砧板聲，步梯入户，不過四樓也不是很高。環境什麼都還可以。剛進來有股味兒，開門窗通風一會就沒了。空間夠大，衞生不錯，還有小陽台，電視空調吹風機什麼都能正常使用。總體還是推薦。有一點不太滿意的就是，裏面那個小房間跟廁所相連，不知道為什麼為什麼要用百葉窗，半夜有人上廁所一片光明，希望以後可以改進，加個別的窗簾之類的遮光。
