Lanxue Huakai Inn

We used this hotel on a family trip. The hotel itself is located about 100 meters off the main road in a quiet location. There is also a gate to the nearby Huangyao Ancient Town very close to the hotel, and it is about a 3-minute walk to get there. I think it is very convenient for sightseeing. There are also many restaurants on both sides of the road in the center, and many food stalls set up in the evening, so you will not have any trouble finding something to eat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We went during the tourist season for Labor Day, but there were relatively few people and the food was very cheap and reasonably priced.

The hygiene is OK, simple, and everything is equipped. Because I brought my dog, the boss arranged to the top floor, which has an elevator and a large terrace. It is a paradise for dog owners. In the morning, I couldn't see the sunrise because of the clouds, but the weather was so comfortable, and I could see the mountain view without any obstruction. It happened that the family next to me also had a dog, and the two families met because of the dog. The boss also told us that if we brought a big dog, we had to wait for the security guard to get off work before going into the ancient town to play. We took the dog to tour the entire ancient town. The only drawback is that we have to wait for the boss to come to the scene to coordinate parking, because it is in the alley, and we have to park on the side of the road. There is a clinic opposite the homestay, so it is convenient to find a doctor in case of discomfort. If you want to eat, you can walk a few steps to the food street, so you don't have to worry about eating. But the food festival is a bit dirty, maybe because there are many people during the Chinese New Year. It's understandable that it's a bit dirty. But the advantage is that there are many restaurants and many choices.

A small street is full of food. There is also a characteristic ancient town. There are fireworks and firecrackers for sale at night. There are many children in the town. It is suitable for staying for one or two days on weekends 5. You can enter and exit the ancient town freely after the security guards get off work without buying tickets. The security guards get off work at 6 pm on Sunday-Thursday and 10 pm on Friday-Saturday

The lady boss is very nice and helped me upgrade the room type directly. My favorite is the rooftop on the 6th floor, where you can watch the sunrise and sunset. The basic facilities for B&B accommodation are all there, and it's also quite clean. It's a 2-minute walk from the door of Huangyao Ancient Town. If you don't go in, the whole street is full of food. I ate at several restaurants, and the taste was pretty good. It's very convenient. And the next morning I wanted to go to Dongtanling to watch the sunrise. I saw that the front desk could share a car, so I asked the price, but because I couldn't share anyone in the off-season, I had to charter a car myself. Later, the boss said that I was alone, and I didn't ask if it could be cheaper, and I gave it to me directly. I was really touched. Later, I went to Guposhan in Hezhou and directly found the boss to share a car. It was really super convenient! Huangyao is beautiful, I will come again next time!
