房間在馬路邊，整個客房安排在二樓，蚊子非常多，晚上開空調，點蚊香都沒有用，打電話給前台説沒辦法，一晚上蚊子都在耳邊嗡嗡響，小孩腿上手上都咬有蚊子包，白天還有蒼蠅，服務一般，體驗非常差

酒店的環境挺不錯的，配套設施比較齊全，前台很熱情，主要是位置非常好，晚上一出酒店大門就能觀賞到漂亮的江景。當時選的單間，房間隔音稍微差些，估計是附近的餐飲店後廚離得較近，總是聽到排氣扇工作的聲音，有點影響睡眠。
