房間是202，有位置停車、免費。未完全開發的古鎮東街上，白天會有裝修的聲音。很近黃姚古鎮，也靠近商業街，走路就到了。房間內乾淨整潔，老闆的服務態度很好。可以幫忙買古鎮的門票，比自己在網上買要便宜。

房間乾淨雅緻，地點位置好，在景區外（晚六點後至次日7.30可免費進景區），方便停車，方便吃飯，老闆有接送進飯店幫助拿行李，有贈送水果，介紹價格公道的車，去各景區遊玩和火車站，有介紹可靠的店鋪買地產，唯一有點小瑕疵，就是隔音有點問題，老闆有説要改進。

民宿房間雖不是大，但裝修設計得很精細講究，衞生超乾淨，老闆和老闆娘都很好，對住客有求必應，就像朋友一樣的親切暖心！去古鎮也很近，一兩百米左右的距離，極力推薦他們家！

到黃姚古鎮，揭開“面紗”，緬懷毛姆，一直是我的夢想。此次一睹真容，浮想聯翩。 意外的驚喜是蘭亭苑，原本就是衝著蘭亭二字去的，紹興蘭亭去過多次，沒想到蘭亭苑真有蘭花，亭苑主人氣質如蘭，儒雅温婉，讓我這個北方佬有機會領略客家文化的魅力。 蘭亭苑雖是民宿，所有硬軟裝飾竟然是按全季標準，設施一流。下次來要多盤桓幾日。

這次的住宿體驗太棒啦！必須來給個好評！
前台的工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住手續快，還貼心地介紹了周邊好玩的地方。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，晚上我睡得可香了。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品質量也很不錯。
整體來説，性價比超高，這次住宿遠超我的預期。下次來這邊，我肯定還選這家！

高速一下來就到了，步行兩百米就可以直接遊覽古鎮，晚上出門右拐就是小吃街，超級方便。房間乾淨整潔，裝修也很漂亮，服務也很熱情
