The rooms are all on the fourth floor. There is no elevator and it is a bit difficult to climb. There is a KTV downstairs and the singing will be quiet until after one o'clock at night. There is no parking place near the hotel, so the car has to be parked 300 meters away. There is also a charge for mineral water in the room, so it is not recommended.
