因為出差在這連續住了半個多月，總體來説還是不錯的，但是有幾點很影響入住體驗，下午睡覺的時候房嫂敲門要打掃沒有聽到，竟然直接刷房卡進來了，看到在睡覺説你睡吧我一會再打掃，這是什麼意思呢，如果需要打掃肯定會叫，在沒有叫的情況下自己刷房卡進入房間，涉及私隱問題了吧。後幾天換了房間後，在房間裏發現蟑螂在櫃子上爬，還有衞生間的洗漱台上。另外，前台和餐廳服務人員態度非常惡劣並且目中無人，服務態度極差，地方小不要求你有什麼服務，但起碼你要有一個好態度，在什麼位置就做好什麼工作，不知道你在裝什麼，如果全洗浴上下都是這種態度，我相信不會有人再來消費，花錢來看臉子嗎？（前台服務員天天穿個絲襪）

放出來的水是黃色有土渣。來人看説是換水箱了 沒辦法。送了四瓶礦泉水洗漱。洗澡可以去他們的洗浴！進屋衞生間反味。地毯上有煙灰。不建議去二樓的客房。經常有結婚接親的。遇到了早上基本吵到你睡不着。 有早餐但別去太晚

本來各方面都很滿意的，但是發生一件事，住宿是贈送洗浴的，這幾天洗澡穿的拖鞋壞了，洗澡時路過洗浴大廳我就打算換一雙，讓工作人員制止了，我説我拖鞋壞了想換一雙，他説不行，洗浴是洗浴，客房是客房，不能換，然後洗澡汗蒸的時候，我就一直穿着這雙鞋兩三個小時。回到客房之後特別生氣。如果這期間我摔倒了，出現意外，那是不是你不給我換鞋你們公司的問題？我是不是可以告你？這個拖鞋和洗浴是一樣的，如果公司真的有這種要求，我就不會生氣，我不會為難工作人員，他是按要求辦事。四樓服務員宋姐我住這幾天她服務特別好，真的很熱心負責

在肇東算還可以的了，洗浴很方便，一樓就是，還有早餐，很不錯。門口停車，特別方便。連着住了好幾年了，每年十一都定。

這個嘉源賓館是我在肇東住過最好也是最滿意的一個賓館。整體環境衞生都很好，還帶有
洗浴，房間裏面提供免費的浴服可以去洗浴洗澡汗蒸都是免費，每天早上還提供兩份免費的自助早餐。非常滿意的一次消費，下次來朋友肯定推薦這裏，很有檔次。
