酒店環境好，衞生乾淨，服務很周到，房間寬敞明亮舒適，物美價廉，住着舒服，酒店設施完備，帶孩子出來玩，住這裏非常開心。

酒店雖然有點老，但是裝修還是比較大氣，這麼多年不掉價，房間大，床上用品一般，有地下停車場，電梯很慢，很穩定，周邊吃飯方便 ，晚餐西胡餐廳，附近還有個24小時早餐店。

帶着老媽去旅遊，房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，樓道明亮地理位置也很好找，距離柏林禪寺很近，唯一的是沒有早餐，不過在距離酒店很近的地方有一個餐廳非常不錯喲，出酒店門右轉到柏林寺大街右轉就到了。步行二分鐘就到了。

以往經常住這家酒店，這次網上訂的，入住後發現門鎖是壞的，中午出門的時候給前台打電話説門鎖不上，晚上回去後門鎖還是鎖不上……晚上又給前台打電話又給修的……感覺有點無語……

房間整潔乾淨。離高速口近，有地下停車場，能免費停車。服務人性化，車出故障，晚上11點多退房成功，經維修能行駛，重新訂房，凌晨2點多才辦理入住，還有車位。酒店有早餐，但我們訂的房不含，早餐在去趙州橋路上的張記驢肉吃的，酒店早餐無法提供合理的意見了。

之前住過，還挺滿意的，這次來優選擇住在這裏，但是沒想到這次的房間一言難盡，屋頂一大塊發黴，晚上睡覺的時候一個兩指節大的蟲子直接鋪臉上了，太驚悚了，好不容易弄走後，不到半小時又一支體型更大的飛來……這感覺，一言難盡，退房的時候和前台説了這件事，好在老闆和前台的態度都很好
