The first time I stayed in a suite, I chose the White Swan Hotel as my wedding room! The experience was really perfect💯
The hotel decoration is elegant and upscale, the room environment is clean and tidy, and the photo output rate is also excellent

Room not too clean for 5 star hotel standard, there is some hair left in bathub probably from previous guests, tea cups not changing after we use for the first night, and the toiletries they gave inside the room is super basic for 5 star hotel standard only have BATH FOAM, DENTAL BRUSH, SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER, which is unbelievable for this standard of hotel. But the personnel/customer service attitude is good except the food server in the FEAST RESTAURANT which is behaving like we are begging for food and sometimes just reply us with this word “FINISH, NO FOOD”when we ask them to serve the food, such a pity. Hey we do not get the food for free, we paid it, the server need to learn how to treat customer better.

The location is easy to find and parking is very convenient. The apartment is right on the seaside and you can see the sea and beach. The hygiene of the room is not good. There is a musty smell as soon as you enter the door. It would be better if you turn on the air conditioner and open the windows. The bedding has a smell, there are a few hairs under the sheets, and the mattress is not stretched. I was about to give up, but my husband said it was honest. I was too tired, so I just gave up and gave up. The breakfast is very average, you have to boil the noodles yourself, and there are very few varieties. The front desk service was okay. Very good hotel for a few nights stay. Very friendly staff who would do their best to try and help you. Easy check in with only green code, no need to do COVID test.
Nice swimming pool on the 6th floor. Keep in mind that it closes at 9:20-9:30 and don’t forget to bring a swimming cap.
The location is not great. There isn’t much around so it was a perfect stay on our road trip. Free parking with lots of parking spaces.

The room is spacious and bright, and the location is close to the beach, only a hundred meters away. There are abundant catering services around, which is extremely convenient.

The location belongs to the junction of the development zone and Xiashan, and there is not much food around.

Came to Zhanjiang for a business trip, stayed for a week in a row, the various experiences are as follows

BBig Sam 大山姆I had the business suite, which had plenty of room. The bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was a small buffet, with an egg and noodle station.
The room didn't have a fridge. The hotel gym was very poor. Two treadmills and two bikes, which were both broken.
Outside the hotel, about a 5 minute walk is a large shopping centre with starbucks, mcdonalds, supermarket, 7-11 etc

The motorcycle 5-10 yuan (can bargain) can be used to waves Xuwen, so I chose Berman. The room is very clean and tidy. The bathroom is very dry and the hygiene is very satisfactory. AAnonymous UserTaking advantage of the summer vacation, I came to the small county of ”Xu Wen”, the southernmost tip of mainland China, and this trip did not disappoint us. We booked the hotel in advance. The location of the hotel is in the center of the county. It is very convenient to travel. We arrived at the hotel very late. The hotel manager on duty saw that our two little girls were carrying so much luggage, and took the initiative to carry us luggage to the room, and also sent us the hotel's prepared heat relief drinks. The young ladies at the front desk the next day were also very enthusiastic to introduce us to Xuwen's local specialties. We all went to check in. Each is a treasure shop. All the products are amazing. The small Xuwen County contains different fireworks in the world. The aunt in the room is also very intimate. Tell us that the hotel has a laundry room and a gym. You can also use it if you need it. The hotel also has a self-operated restaurant. It is not convenient to go out at night and you can order a good meal to let the hotel deliver the room.
