設施：説真心話去了那麼多地方，第1這麼渴望天亮不想睡覺的，因為房間太臭，一屋子的發黴的味道了，枕頭有，房間有，
衞生：衞生的話自己看圖片，被子是有洞的，吹風筒，三個房間衹有一個。
環境：外面環境整體還是可以的，我指度假村裡麪，但房間內真的很差，一晚沒睡，因為太臭！
服務：因為我們是12號下午3點多到房間的，開房門發現黴味很重，想着説可能不通風原因，我們開房門吹一下就可以了，誰知道到晚上還是很臭，就打電話和前台服務員換房，前台叫了個人來，從進門一直戴着口罩，我讓他脱開口罩聞，不願意！
給我換房，我訂的是三個房連在一起的，衹給我們換一間，説衹有一間了。我想着就一間把我換到另外那個院，我妹和姐又在一個院，我自己在一間又很遠，後來我想着帶着小孩又搬那麼多行李，不方便，就將就了一晚！
最生氣的還是第2天早餐，那個饅頭跟那個紅薯值多少錢？竟然分好碟子裏面擺一個紅薯，一個雞蛋和兩個小包子，因為我們帶有2個3歲小孩，然後想要一個雞蛋給小孩的，服務員説沒有票不會給早餐，一個雞蛋值多到錢？又不是要一大盤！也不捨得給，太小氣了，我們花了377塊錢一間房，房間發黴睡不着也就算了，然後連個雞蛋也不捨得給，所以説我覺得這種地方環境差也就算了，這個雞蛋也那麼小氣，真的不值得去住！

不建議哈大家，這個價格原來不包船票，臨時買了船票，50塊錢一張。某團平台360 包來回船票，唉😮💨，失望拍大腿的程度。兩三年前去過，島上情況比現在還好一點。我還想着這兩年能不能開發好一點了，結果更糟糕了，房屋也塌了。沙灘也不乾淨，全是木根。
如果要去，記得從北門走出去，門口就有共享單車可以掃碼，不要租島上的自行車啦，太貴。
北門出去走一段，就有小超市和小飯店。
這是門票上包含的所謂的早餐，一碗瘦肉青菜麪還是早就做好的。

又貴又不好，什麼都沒有，特別是泡温泉那個水比外面工地的水還要黃， 這個坑我已經踩了，不建議其他人去.那裡賣水又貴，又沒什麼地方玩，買個泡麪都要15塊錢餓了一個晚上評論是以上的！！！以下評論是我體驗了另外一家店的，在濱海碼頭坐五塊錢船過特呈島打我評論區的照片，他會派車過去接你，他家房又便宜，吃飯又便宜，有水喝，所有按正常價來賣，人多還可以幫你弄燒烤之類東西服務一加一的好
