價格實惠，老闆服務態度很好，可以直接找老闆租電動車，還可以去趕海，早上樓下就可以買到漁民出海捕的海鮮，價格也很便宜！旁邊就是存亮灣！晚上樓下有燒烤、粥和奶茶

民宿位置優越，出門口就是沙灘和漁船靠岸的地方。房間乾淨整潔。孩子們早早就下樓撿貝殼玩耍。吃飯可以在民宿解決，價格實惠。。第二天退房時要回碼頭。店主服務好，給我們免費升級了側海景房。第二天退房時還給我們聯繫了三輪車師傅送我們到碼頭。補一句：有房客在民宿門前的石灘收穫了海星和海蔘。

感謝房東給我們升級房型，房間的位置超讚，有大大的露台，視野開闊。樓下就是海灘，要趕海很方便，房東還提供趕海工具。要買海鮮，在樓下海灘也可以買到。
周邊配套設施還是比較原始吧，飯店一般般，有小賣部但是選擇不多，應該主要還是服務於本地居民，籃球場有賣早餐的，選擇還挺多，就是要趕早，最好是7點左右去。

本來地理位置很優越，但近年很少遇過經營這麼糟糕的民宿，有能夠停車的硬地不讓停，叫我們停在沙灘，我們全住在三樓，同樣是付費，三樓比較乾淨的廚房不讓煮飯，理由是廚房租給別人了，但兩天了沒見過有人蒸飯，讓我們到地下室廚房，臟亂差。
床硬的就象睡硬板床

環境：酒店門口是大海，離觀景平台也近，早上看日出方便，酒店後面是個籃球場和餐館，籃球場早上六點多會擺攤賣早餐。所以早上肯定會有點吵。旁邊有空地，有人會露營，有點吵。
設施：能住，國慶來的不挑，設施有點舊，淋雨噴頭有點臟，需要自己清洗下。
服務：能免費借趕海工具，不負責接送，不組織趕海。
就很普通的民宿，能滿足過一晚基本需求就可以了。

老闆很熱情，小朋友還想繼續住，可惜天氣不好沒能很好的體驗趕海活動，有機會要再去彌補吃海鮮趕海的遺憾。

很少點評，但是真心不錯（特別是服務）房子位置真心不錯，距離海邊非常非常的近，出門就見海，每天潮起潮落，感覺特別好，就是牀板有一點硬。
重點説説服務，人特好，做的飯也不錯，根據住户調節口味，島上遊玩，老闆還開車送我們，收費還不貴，真心推薦。
