The location is easy to find and parking is very convenient. The apartment is right on the seaside and you can see the sea and beach. The hygiene of the room is not good. There is a musty smell as soon as you enter the door. It would be better if you turn on the air conditioner and open the windows. The bedding has a smell, there are a few hairs under the sheets, and the mattress is not stretched. I was about to give up, but my husband said it was honest. I was too tired, so I just gave up and gave up. The breakfast is very average, you have to boil the noodles yourself, and there are very few varieties. The front desk service was okay. They introduced local places to eat and shop, and it was a good experience.

差！太差了！本來在週末高高興興的和女朋友到金沙灣遊玩 半夜開了一個大床房 凌晨三點睡 早上八點鐘不到 房間旁邊就是裝修打鑽砰砰砰不停 斷斷續續到中午才停下 嚴重影響到休息 這都算了 睡醒後拿礦泉水喝 旁邊還有兩衹像蟑螂一樣的蟲子 洗個澡熱水也斷斷續續的 搞的整個人都無語了 毫無入住體驗 真的差！

可以看到日出的房間，視野非常開闊、環境衞生，但唯一就是住的那層有公司、美容院這點不太好，如果能統一全部是公寓酒店的體驗感相信會更好
