When we returned to the hotel, we asked the front desk directly whether the quilt was added. The front desk said that it was not added. We planned to report this to Ctrip, but Ctrip did not know why there was no manual customer service. We planned to go upstairs to get the luggage. When we returned to the house, we found that there was a quilt on the extra bed. After staying in the hotel for two days, I felt that the hotel was still very good. There is a park next to it, and Jinsha Bay is next to the park. If you want to be quiet and comfortable, this hotel is a good choice, because the area near Jinsha Bay is too lively. Some details of the hotel are still very good. In the morning, the service staff took the initiative to send two bottles of water, which made people feel very warm. The hotel bathroom has a simple clothesline, a smart toilet, and a small countertop for mobile phones. These are very user-friendly. Therefore, if things like adding beds and quilts are done more meticulously, it will be a 100-point hotel.
