酒店位於老城區中心，到高鐵站約20分鐘車程，附近是世貿，離赤坎老街步行也就十來分鐘距離。
設施基本齊全，不過有點舊了。衞生狀況還不錯。訂了兩間標準大床房，其中一間還給升了級。服務員的服務態度也挺好。

酒店設施齊備完整好用，房間寬敞，設計也非常人性化，裡外兩間互不幹擾，床寬大、房間安靜好眠；衞生間乾濕分離乾淨，酒店內的洗衣間洗衣機很好用，曬衣服也很方便；酒店位置在城中心，出門飲食購物旅遊都非常方便；工作人員態度好，服務周到，酒店門口的停車場寬敞，免費停車很方便。有到湛江旅遊出差的這裡是很好的選擇哦。

酒店位於湛江非常繁華地段，前後院子有非常大的停車場。後院還有自主洗車場。酒店設施雖然陳舊但還是很齊全。房間衞生還算可以。床品也比較乾淨整潔。酒店周邊小吃非常方便。值得推薦。

我的嗎呀，設備設施超級老舊，酒店窗户衹能開一條縫，房價悶得要命，服務衹能説一般，各種設備設施遠達不到湛江迎賓館的迎賓的水平。
如真的有賓客，那也最好別選擇這住，憋屈！又悶又憋
