Staff throughout the hotel was very helpful and friendly from the second we walked into the lobby, to the cleaners or the catering staff onsite.
The hotel itself was very clean, with attention to detail in every aspects of the design and finishing. In general I would say it has a much higher quality standards than most multi chain contemporary style hotels I have stayed it throughout China.
The hotel offered a complimentary tea and mid night snack with the booking which was very decent as a light snack and the breakfast had a good selection of foods to choose from.
The location itself is very good for the beach as only minutes away. Only downside is the limited selection of eating venues local to the hotel.

出門在外旅遊，晚上回酒店不是可以放鬆休息，一整晚被樓下的Disco酒吧的轟炸到凌晨3點左右才消停，不是一般可以忍受的小噪音。而酒店明知道樓下的的酒吧噪音情況沒有提前告知安排客户入住，酒店作為服務提供者，有義務為住客提供安靜、舒適的住宿環境。如果酒店未能履行這一義務，例如未提前告知住客可能存在的噪音情況，導致住客受到干擾，酒店應承擔相應的責任。酒店連這點都沒做到，為了賺一筆是一筆的話，衹是讓顧客睡得不適買體驗差評。

前台工作人員很細心，升級了陽台海景房，房間和描述一樣，很乾凈。。酒店有一個小小的健身房，免費洗衣房，送了下午茶，夜宵和早餐。離金沙灣不遠，散散步就到了。總體體驗感挺好的。
