我住酒店從來不差評的 哪怕你衞生設施服務環境能佔一樣 我都不會給 結果一樣都不佔
前台服務態度之差 全程板着個臉 特別嗷 問問題愛搭不理 真的不理解 一進房間就有小卡片掉出來，，房間的設施也比較老化
早上旁邊有個學校一直在放音樂 隔音很差 房間外面有人説話聽得一清二楚
攜程上的 延遲兩點退房 12點30就有人來敲門
衞生：毛巾擺放的很亂 感覺像沒洗的
體驗感很差 看着網上潮漫酒店來的 結果一來叫潮漫公寓無語
地理位置也很偏 這個價位我感覺真的不值

公寓就公寓，也不知道為什麼要寫酒店，早餐差的一批，千萬別加錢買早餐
需要環境好一點的真不推薦這個
看圖片還行，加上距離需求，定了這個，結果～ 很失望
公寓類型的別指望酒店待遇……

其實不是酒店，是公寓，衞生還可以，早餐很少！服務一般！到的很晚，雙床我們是拼起來睡的，空調效果不太好！

自駕遊，湛江過兩次了，這次定的離老街很近的酒店，酒店乾淨衞生，房間寬敞。就是早餐品種少一點。不過性價比很高了。

房間乾淨整潔 布草潔白 服務熱情 花灑出水強勁 排水順暢 外面環境有點亂 旁邊挨着學校 學生隨地扔垃圾 弄得酒店門前很臟亂（建議酒店老闆去學校溝通一下 制止學生這種不文明的行為）還有治理一下下水道反味和門縫亂塞小卡片
