Kana Business Hotel (Zhanjiang Haitian Park Yingzhan Holiday Plaza)

I stayed in Zhanjiang and didn’t even change the sheets or quilts. It was so disgusting!

I recently stayed at this hotel. Overall, this hotel makes people feel the warmth and comfort of home as soon as they enter. First of all, I would like to give special praise to the hotel's facilities. Whether it is the comfort of the bed or the convenience of the location, I am deeply satisfied. The beds are of moderate softness and hardness, allowing you to sleep well into the morning; what is particularly worth mentioning is that takeout can be delivered upstairs, which is undoubtedly a great boon for tourists like us who like to taste local food. However, although the hotel does a great job in many aspects, I do have some small suggestions. During my stay, I found that when I took a shower at around 7pm, the water temperature was significantly lower. It somewhat affects the overall stay experience. It is recommended that the hotel pay attention to and adjust this issue. Overall, this hotel left a very good impression on me. Whether it is the facilities, services or environment, I am satisfied. I hope the hotel can continue to maintain this high-quality service and do better in details to provide more guests with a more perfect stay experience.

The facilities are very old. The hotel is quite old. There is no soundproofing. You can hear the sounds in the corridor.

The alarm in the corridor went off at around 5 a.m., and the sound was loud and piercing. It didn’t stop until around 6 a.m., and I couldn’t sleep.

The room is small and well-equipped, but it is a bit old. It is cleaned every day, clean and tidy. The environment is okay, relatively quiet, and the service attitude of the waiters is very good, like it!

酒店很不錯，來到這裏給我免費升級了豪華的房型，環境也不錯，設施是新裝修沒多久的，看着也挺新凈的，位置出去也很方便，馬路邊市中心，衞生蠻乾淨的，服務態度也很好很迅速，電視不太懂用打電話給前台很快就有服務員來幫忙，綜合價格相對來説挺推薦的，不錯！
