第一次試湛江的民宿，與圖相符，不錯的選擇，就是水壓有點小，有點塵與隱蔽位有之前客人的桔子皮，服務不錯的我們需要水與廁紙都能很快送過來，而且有停車場，附近超多吃東西的地方。總體感受不錯，下次與朋友還會來試其他房

床睡的不太舒服，過夜停車收費40塊，整棟樓黑漆漆的，沒什麼人氣，隔壁是萬達，對面是另一個商場。不會再來第二次了

🚿低水壓 上下層溫度有明顯分別 ❌不適宜冬季/怕冷/生病出行
外賣很方便 地理位置也還好👍🏻
有浴缸有一次性浴缸套提供 每天有人定時過來打掃👍🏻
門口樓道是感應燈💡 有聲才會亮
沒有門鈴也沒有貓眼看不到門口情況 ❌不推薦女性單獨住
投影儀對不準比較模糊 不好操控
每隔一段時間就有一聲響 像跳閘那樣大聲❌
💰價位可與酒店比肩 但環境衛生一般 性價比一般
還有一點很重要‼️淋浴間沒有門 廁所只有一道門 洗澡會把廁所地面弄濕 ⚠️小心地滑
❌沙發座位比較髒 我們鋪了毛巾才敢坐
桌子幾乎和沙發沒差多少高度 坐著吃東西很辛苦

環境：這個太棒了，完全是我的心頭好呀，給大家瘋狂安利
衞生：裝修非常有風格，分成小區域，挺有感覺的蠻不錯，這個感覺好好哦。
設施：環境非常不錯，直接看到海景的，床頭就是窗户。
服務：還送了飲料，很不錯哦。

房間挺有設計感的拍照出來蠻好看的，但是一些細節完全不太行，比如説窗簾皺的像抹布然後還有點壞了脱鈎了導致遮光變差，然後入住時間是三點，但是到時間了還一直沒有打掃好又多等了四十分鐘，浪費了很多時間，管家甚至都沒有表達過一句抱歉，前台一直説阿姨在抓緊打掃了但是房間多，一個阿姨要打掃一棟樓，這麼多房間知道打掃不了為什麼不多找個幫手呢？主圖放的圖片是正面大海景但是實際是側這才能看到海景的，不過我也勉強接受吧側面看起來也還不錯。還有個問題是晚上外面馬路挺大噪音的導致也沒休息好
