I arrived early in the morning, but it took me a long time to find the entrance. I asked the store many times, and I only gave one location for myself to find. There are so many entrances in Wanda, and there is not even a guide map. Then I checked in in the middle of the night, but there was no hot water for bathing and a water heater. The display is only 36 degrees. I went to the customer service and said that there will be hot water when it is turned on. As a result, it has been turned on for half a day. The hotter the water, the colder it is.

The 18th floor of Wanda is almost full of various types of hotels. I personally think that there is only one advantage, which is that the rooms are relatively large. 這真是我住過的最恐怖的民宿/酒店。房間狀況完全和宣傳圖不符，牆皮都掉了，喝水用的杯子也沒有，衞生間洗手液也沒有，洗浴用品是最次的灌裝，連毛巾都能忘放，第二天給加了杯子，結果是一次性的塑料杯子，你猜我為啥要杯子？我要喝熱水啊，大姐。給了一罐巨大的沐浴液勉強當洗手液。門裡被塞了一堆小卡片，夜裡空調的燈關不了，樓下咣咣咣的音響聲震得慌。前台服務更是扯淡，説好第二天換房，第二天又説換不了滿房，滿房你昨晚查不到是嗎？最**的是2號回來房門開着，打掃阿姨忘記關門了，更絕的是當晚半夜被樓上跑酷和吵架的超級大的聲音直接半夜3點吵醒，當晚吃了安眠葯都沒擋住這個噪音。然而，退房之後驚喜還在繼續，10點走的，到15點半還不退按金，100塊還要客人追着問，這是什麼垃圾民宿！
五一來湛江是來渡劫來了，這民宿真是我今生今世可能最大的磨難，這民宿能拿4.7分是給攜程贊助了麼？

打開門一大股黴味襲來。進去發現灰塵到處都是，沙發還有腳印👣，白色的抱枕臟的變成米灰色，肉眼可見的灰塵和頭髮在桌面上。沒有前台，衹能微信聯繫可麻煩，在電梯那一直等微信，明明有預訂卻跟我説沒有我的訂單。是在訂房後一會才去找房間的。怎麼會沒有訂單呢？最後看了一會又跟我講有看到我的訂單了。嗐，粗心大意不仔細嗎？
總之不推薦！！！太差。。。和描述差挺多。。還是以真實性為主吧！！

城景很不錯 設施配套也很齊全 很驚喜的是有冰箱 投影儀鼓搗了一下問了下客服很快就會用了 總體很有性價比！
