The workers were all friendly and helpful. The room clean and adequate but the bed was really hard, the small restaurants nearby were great . We thought the swimming pool was free from the trip.com adverts and pictures. However the y40 cost included the use of the hot springs so not bad.

This hotel experience is amazing! The room is warmly and elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean, and the facilities are new and easy to use. The front desk checked in quickly and recommended tour routes. The breakfast was rich and varied, which was great!
