環境一般，指示不太明顯，房間裏面很簡陋，客廳空調用不了，廚房一層灰，更重要的是隔音很差，樓上搬動一點東西或者關門之類的，都很大動靜，停車按小區物業收費住客個人付款，一夜都沒怎麼睡，不會再去住了

真是無語 訂單到2點退房 1.30就來催我退房 起來整個房間都是黑的 斷電了 給前台打電話 問了我這訂單到2點 怎麼斷掉了 好聲好氣叫他送張卡過來 有送來 這些都能理解吧。1.56分電又給我斷了 問就是電腦計時到了 電腦你沒調他會斷嗎？前兩天到現在還在感冒發燒 在你家樓上住那個熱水器都沒有都沒這麼氣 畢竟在你家住了不是第一回了 老客户你都這樣搞 不知道生意怎麼做？

旅行中住過最差的公寓！ 一進門，一股異味，牆壁黴漬，被子發黴發黃，廁所外的燈已壞，化粧鏡燈光無法使用，廁所花灑破損，出水量減一半。非常不滿意，入住感非常差。

到湛江出差，出乎意料的好，房間足夠大，隔音也好，沒有聽見外面有什麼聲音過，電視投屏看的也特別舒服，主要是自帶會員，想看什麼都行，下次來還住這。性價比很高的一家店。
