The worst city convenience, the floor smells like 💩, the design is also very poor, there is no dry and wet separation at all, the faucet of the washbasin seems to be broken and keeps leaking

Service: I have never stayed in a hotel with such bad service. It costs 20 yuan to apply for two room cards. I wanted an extra bottle of mineral water, disposable slippers and toothbrush but they didn't give them. Is it just a few cents?
