地理位置還是不錯的，交通也便利。辦理入住時是比較晚的了，兩個前台值班、一個披頭散髮的坐着，一個辦理入住板着個臉，話都不願意多説兩句，房間設施設備中規中矩 比較傳統的裝修風格，房間的走廊比較暗，洗手間的衞生一般般，半夜跟朋友都被熱醒，空調製冷效果很差，早上7點鐘有人在樓上開始施工了，沖鑽機響到退房，中途打電話前台不接，本來就很晚才入住，整體下來就相當於沒睡着過，體驗感極差。

感覺把客人當賊防。入住要按金，退房等驗房，這年頭誰會拿酒店的東西呢，還是這樣比較低檔的酒店，都是時間太晚了，累了不想再跑，湊合一晚而已。客服的態度讓人不舒服。

2月9上午的前台服務員可以安排在二線做衞生了，首先，哭喪着臉。其次，很不耐煩地為客户服務。真的不符合前台接待標準，有損企業形象的同時讓旅客很不舒服。真應該錄下來她那張令人作嘔的臉拋到**平台，讓大家都認識一下

房间舒適整潔大小合理鄰近有大型商场,酒店傍边晚上9时后有路边夜宵但有点穩閉不太好找,酒店门口坐公交3站可到霞山海鲜批发市買海鲜到边上找店舖加工

來旅行揀酒店一定要查看樓下有沒有KTV, 整晚高聲唱歌，難以入睡，入住兩晚遇上周五周尾，可以想像如何熱鬧。此外，第二天也沒有給我整理床舖，只是更換了毛巾加了樽裝水而已，服務水準一般。

優點很多，不一一列舉了。説個缺點，洗衣機是波輪洗衣機，不是滾筒洗衣機，並且過濾網裡的污垢已經太多了，厚厚一塊都發黴了。宣傳有掛燙機，實際沒有掛燙機。每天衹免一次停車費

這是我們家人到湛江最常住的酒店。交通方便，門前就有到火車站的公交站，旁邊是霞湖公園，公園的南門外就是東風市場，方便買海鮮加工。酒店的早餐雖然品種不太多，但該有的碳水、蛋白質和水果等都有，而且價格適中，味道不錯。
