I rarely give negative reviews, it’s not easy for everyone, but this time I couldn’t help it. We originally asked a friend to check out the room before booking it. When we finally got there, we were told that our room had been given to someone else and we were asked to accept a worse room. At first, my friend and I strongly requested to change it back, but the front desk gave us a lukewarm response. The guests in the room have already gone out to play, and they can't change until they come back. I don't know how long it will take. It was noon, with children, the schedule was full, and there were not many hotels on the island. Plus all the good hotels are full on March 3rd, so we have no choice but to accept it. When we arrived at the room assigned to us, the sanitation had not been done yet, so we had no choice but to leave our luggage there and go out to look for food. After coming back, I found that the hygiene was not very good, especially the bathroom was wet and dirty. . . The walls were made of putty powder and there were no tiles. When it was wet, my hands turned white. The water cups on the countertop were full of water. I didn’t dare to touch them and I didn’t know if they had been washed. . . It’s hard to describe in one word!
